In-Store purchases Return Policy

In-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit or other items within 30 days of purchase date.  Items must be in original unused condition with tags attached and with a copy of your receipt.

Store credit will only be issued for full priced items.  Clothing and accessories in the sale section as well as all purchases made during special sale on sale promos are FINAL SALE.

Online purchases Return Policy

We understand the need to try on clothing. To allow for this, Apropos will issue refunds on web-purchased clothing items that are received back to us within 14 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition.  Additionally, items set aside for In-store Pickup may only be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a refund.  Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order but return said order, a shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.  Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.  We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a track-able and insured shipping method. Apropos cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags intact and returned in their original packaging and invoice included.

Apropos reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the terms and conditions of our return/exchange policy. Items that do not meet the policy’s terms and conditions may be returned to you.

Special order items are non-refundable.
